Dranik’s Scar is under siege from two horrors. The vampires of Mayong Mistmoore spread across the cliffs, hunted relentlessly by the Order of the Sun, who trust no outsider until they’ve proven their worth.

Beneath the bloodshed, a far darker force takes hold. In Harbinger's Spire, Terris Thule has harnessed a crimson crystal to tear open a rift to the Plane of Nightmare. Through it, she feeds her power into a portal anchored in Dranik’s Scar, flooding the land with her denizens and godly illusions. The Wardens of the Veil struggle to contain what is already slipping through.

Blood and nightmare now infest the once peaceful lands of Dranik.

General Notes

Tier 13 is in some ways meant to be a catch-up tier, where itemization will be slightly more generous and different than what you're used to from previous tiers. It's the first zone I've made where I've used factions and shared tasks, and it also differs in the fact that a lot loot is available through faction merchants. There's still plenty of loot to be found on bosses, but some of the best items and spells are found on merchants after grinding factions. Most tasks are shared tasks, so if all the characters of your raid is logged on, they will all get the same task and share task step updates. Faction levels are evened out to avoid some long drawn levels and some short ones. Once you hail the task giver, a random task is selected for your raid. You won't be able to get a new task until that specific task is completed. The pool of tasks increase the higher your faction is.
