Blightfire Moors
Overview
Long ago, before the mists thickened and the trees turned dark, these Moors were the realm of dwarves and gnomes, blessed by Brell Serilis and shaped by their craft. When their forges went silent, others came. Goblins dug where they shouldn’t, orcs followed their shamans’ dreams of buried power, and the balance of the land began to twist.
Now, the earth stirs again. The air is heavy, the beasts restless, and the Moors echo with forces older than time. Some say the forges of the Underfoot still burn, waiting for those brave enough to enter — or foolish enough to try.
Those who venture into Blightfire Moors will find both beauty and danger, old powers and new trials, and perhaps a path leading far below the surface of Norrath itself.
T12 is a noticeable step up in difficulty from previous tiers. Previous unused mechanics of game play are present. When beginning in Tier 12, you should expect many deaths as you break in and gather upgrades.
What Awaits in Tier 12
Tier 12 introduces new challenges, new rewards, and a wide variety of unique encounters that build on the story and spirit of EZ Server.

A variety of new quests, mechanisms, and encounters throughout the zone
This tier represents the largest update in a long time. The Expedition that follows is larger in scope than the traditional EZ Expedition format. It combines familiar progression with completely new mechanics and ideas.
Progression & Tier Quests
When you zone into T12, you'll notice several NPC's in and around the Huts. Be sure to speak with them to pick up the necessary quests to proceed. Also, it's worth your time to check out the Quest Board to see if anyone has posted any jobs for you to tackle! Primary progression through T12 is done through a kill count quest. Specifically:

A word about spawning mobs:
* Nightfang Skeletons, Nocturnal Webspinners, and Duskfang Wolves only spawn at Night. Be sure to pay attention to the zone emotes, as "Night falls over the Moors" for a short period of time. * Skarnath is spawned through a Quest, involving the collection of 10 Wurm Meats, and 10 Wyvern Meats. * Pegasi are spawned by killing the various "flying" mob types around the zone. * Chief Drakkar is spawned solely by the triggering of the traps found in the zone. * Korrath and Vrakk are spawned by killing Orc mobs (non-worker types) in the zone. * Murkspine is spawned by killing Goblins in the zone (again, non-miner types). * Draumrath is spawned through the Orc boss chain (Orc -> Korrath/Vrakk -> Grothok -> Draumrath).
Ultimate Charm v6
A Note on Charm v6 Quest. This quest tracks actual LOOTING events, not how many you currently have and/or "turn in" events. To ensure you gain credit, it's worthwhile to ensure you have the quest prior to looting the Shards of Ultimate Power.

Trials of the Underfoot
Beneath the Moors lies a passage few have ever seen, leading into the heart of the Underfoot itself.
The Expedition to the Underfoot features:
- Scripted events
- Layered progression trials
- Challenging encounters
- High-value rewards
This expedition will require you to work your way up from the fiery depths of Convorteum to audience hall of Brell himself. For the full experience, clear the creatures lurking around the base, before working your way up into the halls. The trick to get into the Halls is to scale the statue, and click on his palm to "draw" yourself up into the tower. Then, continue working your way up, until you meet Brell.
In order to create the instance, you will first need to make a "Key" to give to The Emissary. The Key is comprised of two parts: | The Symbol of the Hammer, which is dropped from Foreman Grunk and | The Symbol of the Anvil, which is dropped from Foreman Wazzah. Combine these together in Magic box to create the | Forced Symbol of the Underfoot. Handing this to the Emissary will open the expedition.

Once you complete the Task, be sure to continue moving up the halls until you find the merchant, who you can interact with to acquire your T12 Class Ring.
Raid Restrictions & Difficulty
A 24-character cap is now enforced in both Blightfire Moors and the Expedition.
Hard Mode is available for players seeking greater challenge and stronger rewards.
Hard Mode scripting has been implemented across both Tier 12 and the Expedition.
The character cap is primarily for balance purposes and to encourage thoughtful raid composition and strategy.
Closing Words
This release represents months of development, testing, and refinement.
There may be minor bugs remaining. Please report any issues encountered. Detailed logging exists for all major events and loot drops, allowing for rapid review and resolution.
