Shadow is the boss of Halls of Honor. He spawns after exactly 30 minutes of time in the zone, regardless of how many NPC's have been killed.

Shadow has a lot of HP relative to other NPC's in this stage of progression, so Strike Augments might be necessary to kill him. He will Shadow Step to a random spot in the zone between 1 and 10 times, and reappear each time at full health.
