The Glowing Sun Shard is an essential element of making Ultimate Armor. Historically, Ultimate Armor was required to enter Sleeper's Tomb, however that requirement was removed on February 24, 2025. The armor is still worthwhile to make, as it is a large step up in power from Sunderock Springs and will help bridge the gap when moving through Sleeper's Tomb and Veeshan's Peak.
